About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Director of User Acquisition to spearhead our global user acquisition initiatives. In this vital role, you will be instrumental in amplifying our reach through diverse channels such as paid media, affiliates, and influencers, with a keen emphasis on maximizing ROI, CPA, LTV, and retention quality.

As a leader, you will manage significant marketing budgets, guide a talented team, and collaborate closely with CRM and retention units to enhance traffic quality and lifetime value growth. Staying updated on market trends, competitive landscapes, and innovative acquisition strategies will be crucial, alongside ensuring compliance with local regulations and platform policies.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in performance marketing and user acquisition, ideally within the iGaming, betting, or gaming industries. A proven track record in a senior acquisition capacity, strong knowledge of paid acquisition channels and affiliate marketing, and a profound understanding of core metrics are essential.

This role requires a data-driven mindset, exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities, along with leadership experience to motivate and scale teams effectively. You must possess strong communication skills and adeptness in stakeholder management, as well as familiarity with attribution tools, BI platforms, and tracking systems. Having a background with fast-growing or international iGaming brands is a significant advantage. Proficiency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
