Pay Range: $31.96hr - $34.96hr Responsibilities
Email communication to Customers - C Use defined programs in assisting customers with items they requested (ie invoices) – D Prepare statements for customers – D Make outgoing calls regard outstanding balances – C Professionally handle incoming phone calls - D Enter credits and adjusting transactions to maintain data accuracy - D Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma. 1-2 years collection/Accounts Receivable Experience. 1+ year experience with MS Office (especially Excel) and email communication.
