
Investor Relations Sales Support Analyst

A leading global private equity firm is seeking a Junior Investor Relations/Sales Support Analyst to support its institutional fundraising, investor communication, and CRM-driven operational workflows. The firm manages capital on behalf of institutional investors worldwide and is known for its collaborative culture, disciplined investment approach, and long-standing investor relationships.
The Analyst will play a critical role in supporting outreach efforts, and ensuring the seamless execution of investor meetings, roadshows, and related initiatives maintaining the accuracy of the firm's CRM system (DealCloud). This position is ideal for a driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys operational excellence, and is energized by being at the center of activity across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain clean, accurate, and well‑organized investor and prospect records in DealCloud to support ongoing capital‑raising efforts Support the Sales and Investor Relations pipeline by logging new prospects, tracking engagement stages, and ensuring data integrity across all touch points Proactively manage follow‑ups, next steps, and action items, coordinating closely with IR and sales professionals to drive continued investor engagement Assist with scheduling, logistics, and preparation for investor meetings, including roadshows, conferences, diligence sessions, and virtual presentations Contribute to targeted outreach, marketing initiatives, and investor communication workflows through DealCloud Dispatch and related platforms Provide operational and administrative support for investor engagement programs, capital‑raising campaigns, and broader IR initiatives Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless information flow and a consistent, high‑quality investor experience Qualifications
2+ years of experience in investor relations and institutional fundraising, client service, investment support, and/or experience supporting Relationship Managers and institutional sales. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Clear, professional communication skills across email, phone, and internal messaging platforms Ability to prioritize multiple stakeholders and manage competing deadlines Strong written and verbal skills with a polished communication style Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM platforms (DealCloud experience a plus) Customer-service mindset with a proactive, problem-solving orientation Curiosity about new systems and a desire to help streamline workflows and increase team efficiency
