Lead multiple crews on structured cabling and infrastructure build projects Work directly with the Project Manager on schedules, milestones, and safety compliance Manage labor, productivity, and materials to keep projects on time and within scope Oversee site safety and ensure standards are met throughout the project Review quality with QA/QC teams to ensure customer satisfaction Train, coach, and support Leads to strengthen team performance Coordinate with Field Engineers and other contractors for seamless execution Requirements
5+ years in structured cabling, rack infrastructure, and large project builds Experience leading crews and running mid- to large-scale projects Strong knowledge of copper/fiber installation, termination, certification, troubleshooting Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and portmaps Preferred Certifications: CFI, CFTT, BICSI, FOA Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills Strong safety and quality mindset Why Work with Next Level Technician in Columbus, OH?
