Senior Director, Operations: Our Portfolio Powerhouse and Experience Architect

As our Senior Director, Operations, you’ll oversee the full performance engine behind our resorts and HOA communities: aligning people, property, process, and profitability across the portfolio. This is the role that turns vision into velocity. Strategy into standards. Culture into consistency.

What You’ll Own

Portfolio Leadership

  • Oversee operational performance across all resorts and HOA‑managed properties.
  • Partner with Resort Managers and HOA Boards to ensure strategic alignment, service excellence, and financial strength.
  • Establish consistent operational standards while honoring the uniqueness of each property.
  • Own and enforce the andCo Operating System and Scorecard across the portfolio, ensuring disciplined execution, measurable accountability, and consistent performance standards at every property.

Financial & Performance Excellence

  • Drive revenue optimization, cost control, labor strategy, and NOI performance across the portfolio.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and operational reporting.
  • Implement performance dashboards and OKRs that move the needle, not just measure it.

HOA & Owner Relations

  • Serve as executive liaison to HOA Boards and ownership groups.
  • Align hospitality operations with governance requirements and long‑term asset value strategies.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics with confidence, diplomacy, and clarity.

Operational Systems & Scalability

  • Design and implement scalable SOPs, service standards, and operating models.
  • Optimize cross‑property efficiencies (procurement, staffing models, vendor relationships).
  • Elevate safety, sustainability, and compliance across all sites.

Culture & Leadership Development

  • Build, coach, and develop high‑performing property leadership teams.
  • Ensure Resort Managers are empowered, supported, and accountable.
  • Champion a culture where hospitality professionals thrive, not just survive.

Guest Experience Innovation

  • Ensure the andCo experience is consistent, personal, and operationally seamless.
  • Translate brand promise into lived reality across every touchpoint.
  • Future‑proof operations by embracing smart tech, thoughtful design, and modern service expectations.

You’re Built for This Because

  • You bring 10+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, including multi‑property or regional oversight.
  • You’ve led both resort operations and complex stakeholder environments (HOA/Board experience strongly preferred).
  • You know how to run a P&L like a business owner.
  • You think in systems, but lead with heart.
  • You’ve built scalable operating models in growth or turnaround environments.
  • You’re as comfortable in a board meeting as you are walking a property.
  • You believe excellence isn’t loud, it’s consistent.
  • You don’t hide behind reports. You use them to drive action.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred. Advanced leadership experience that speaks for itself? We’re listening.
