Several years of experience in UX/UI design (typically 5+ years) in digital companies or agencies, A strong portfolio with case studies clearly demonstrating process, rationale, and outcome, Excellent knowledge of Figma & Adobe Creative Cloud as well as experience with design systems, components, and modular structures, Solid understanding of UX methods: user flows, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and user research Strong sense for responsive web/mobile design, accessibility (e.g., WCAG), and basic technical understanding (dev handover, HTML/CSS), Experience with AI tools for image creation, ideation, and visual exploration, Confident prompting skills for structured, reproducible, and CI-compliant visual development, Creative and strategic mindset, strong sense of quality, and a good eye for brand aesthetics and storytelling, Experience in campaign environments and collaboration within interdisciplinary teams (Copy, Strategy, Motion, Tech), Familiarity with agile workflows and confident handling of dynamic project phases, You speak German (C2) and English (B2). Your Tasks: Development and design of digital interfaces according to current UX/UI best practices – from the initial idea and wireframes to the final implementation, Concept development, elaboration, and design of creative guiding ideas and visual worlds for campaigns in close collaboration with Copy, Concept, and Strategy teams, Independent execution of complex client briefings, including the development of cross-channel concepts and the creation of all required design assets, Building and further development of modular design systems & style guides ensuring consistent brands and products, Concept development, elaboration, and design of compelling pitch and presentation decks, including storyline, visual concept, and final look, Design of engaging visuals (mockups, illustrations, key visuals) that clearly communicate creative and strategic ideas, Facilitation of the UX/UI part in workshops as well as consulting clients on design strategy, experience topics, and creative solutions, Use of popular AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Figma Make, Lovable) for ideation, image generation, style exploration, and research support, Development of prompt strategies and creation of a team-wide prompt library to ensure consistent, CI-compliant AI results, Monitoring trends and innovations in the digital, visual, and AI domains to further develop our projects and client offerings, We offer: Shape your future at one of the leading agencies for digital transformation.
