located in Poland who can lead and manage projects, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and design and implement solutions that meet clients' needs and expectations.

Your qualifications : At least
2-3
years of experience
as a
Salesforce Consultant
or a similar role, In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, features, and functionality, including
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud(optionally) and Experience Cloud, Experience in configuring and
customizing Salesforce
using declarative and
low-code solutions , Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems and applications using APIs, web services, and middleware, Experience in using agile methodologies and tools, such as
Scrum, Kanban, Jira, and Git , Excellent
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills , Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Ability to manage
multiple
projects and prioritize tasks , Ability to learn
new technologies and adapt to changing requirements , Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, Ability to write and speak
English
fluently
(C1) , Optionally: German language skills are appreciated.

end-users and administrators , Collaborating with other consultants, developers, and architects on the team, Managing
