Assist account managers in achieving blood drive goals through recruitment and management activities Oversee and maintain records in Hemasphere and online scheduling system for effective blood drive management Provide organizational support to blood drive coordinators to meet collection operation goals Schedule and implement educational programs for sponsors and volunteers to assist in meeting collection objectives Utilize tools and technology to enhance customer service and operational efficiency Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of group dynamics, direct sales, and customer maintenance techniques preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Must provide own transportation for business purposes Preferred Qualifications
Experience in direct sales or customer service within a humanitarian or nonprofit context Familiarity with negotiation skills and program implementation strategies
