Your Daily Influence: In your role as a Client Relationship Specialist, you'll be vital in enhancing client experiences. What We Are Seeking: A high school diploma or equivalent. Flexibility in scheduling and readiness to work in various locations. Preference for candidates with sales or marketing experience. Your Key Responsibilities: Cheerfully answer phones and greet clients in a welcoming manner. Identify the best-suited tax professional for each client's needs. Coordinate client appointments according to their preferences. Ensure that all client needs are met throughout their service journey, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. Contribute to maintaining an organized and clean office environment with your team. Perform additional duties as necessary. Your Qualifications: Experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service background. Ability to effectively multitask. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
