We are seeking a Customer & Sales Support Specialist to join our Inside Sales team at headquarters. This role plays a key part in supporting customer relationships, processing orders, sourcing products, and ensuring a smooth experience from quotation to fulfillment. Starting pay: $20.50/hr Hours: M-F 8-5 Benefits: Health/Dental Insurance, HSA/FSA, Life Insurance, Gym Membership, & Quarterly Bonuses Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer requests for quotes in a timely and professional manner. Source and purchase products from vendors to fulfill customer orders. Process and manage customer sales orders accurately within internal systems. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and order updates. Develop an understanding of customer needs and purchasing patterns. Assist with kitting and shipping operations when additional support is needed. Expectations for Success
Maintain a friendly, professional approach with customers while building long-term relationships. Demonstrate the ability to recognize customer patterns and anticipate potential issues or needs. Effectively multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage time in a fast-paced environment. Work collaboratively with the Inside Sales team and other departments to ensure operational success. Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
