Collaborate and Negotiate: Work with underwriters and carriers to secure the best terms and pricing.
Resolve Issues: Address client inquiries, claims, and complaints with professionalism.
Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Experienced Professional: Proven experience in a Commercial Lines Account Manager role.
Insurance Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and processes.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
Organized: Ability to juggle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
Licensed: Property and Casualty license.
