Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Collegeville, PA. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing creative and functional interior designs that align with client needs while adhering to their budget and style. Responsibilities include space planning, creating detailed construction drawings, selecting finishes, furniture, and fixtures, and collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The Interior Designer will also ensure high-quality outcomes and contribute to the continued success of the company.

Qualifications
Proficiency in space planning and understanding of client needs to design functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces
Knowledge of architecture and the ability to interpret blueprints and construction documentation
Experience in creating detailed construction drawings to communicate design requirements effectively
Expertise in interior design and selection of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) that complements client style and needs
Strong project management skills to oversee design-to-completion processes efficiently
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaboration
Prior experience in retail or healthcare facility design is a plus
