About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can coordinate, operationalize, and continuously improve our marketing execution across lifecycle communications, paid acquisition support, and customer-facing experiences. While Frontlands works with specialized external partners for media buying, design, and copy, this role ensures that all marketing work moves forward smoothly day to day, stays aligned to strategy, and translates into cohesive, high-quality customer experiences. You will not replace agencies. You will make them more effective. Responsibilities
Lifecycle Marketing Ownership
Own the internal setup, organization, and execution of lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, and customer communications. Build and maintain campaigns, automations, and segments inside HubSpot and Customer.io. Ensure onboarding, activation, and follow-up flows are accurate, timely, compliant, and continuously improving. Partner with leadership to refine messaging logic as product and funnel evolve. Paid Marketing Support & Coordination
Act as the day-to-day internal partner to our media buying agency. Review campaign structures, messaging, and funnel alignment with a critical but collaborative eye. Help translate business goals into clear briefs, inputs, and feedback for paid campaigns. Monitor performance at a high level and surface insights, issues, or opportunities to leadership. Cross-Functional & Agency Coordination
Coordinate day-to-day execution across design, copy, and media partners. Track requests, feedback, revisions, and approvals to keep work moving. Ensure assets are complete, consistent, and launch-ready. Escalate blockers or misalignment early and clearly. Funnel & Experience Quality Control
Review landing pages, and flows for clarity, hierarchy, and mobile-first usability. Help identify friction points and improvement opportunities across the customer journey. Marketing Operations & Systems
Maintain organization and visibility across marketing initiatives using Asana. Ensure clean documentation of campaigns, flows, and processes. Support experimentation, testing, and iteration across lifecycle and funnel experiences. Keep marketing systems reliable, auditable, and scalable. Social & Owned Channel Management
Own day-to-day management and execution of Frontlands’ organic social presence across key platforms. Coordinate social content planning, scheduling, and publishing in alignment with paid campaigns, product updates, and lifecycle messaging. Work with external design and copy partners to prepare social assets and captions. Ensure social content reinforces core messaging, brand voice, and compliance requirements. Monitor engagement and performance trends, surfacing insights and opportunities to leadership. Maintain a consistent posting cadence without sacrificing quality or clarity. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing roles. Prior hands-on experience running paid campaigns (required for judgment, not daily execution). Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, lifecycle strategy, and campaign mechanics. Comfortable coordinating work across agencies and internal stakeholders. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Able to spot issues before they become problems. Clear communicator who can turn direction into action and feedback into improvement. Comfortable in an early-stage environment where structure is being built in real time. What We Offer
