Overview
Spherion Gainesville, FL seeks a Production Coordinator to bridge Production, Shipping, and Sales. Newberry, FL. Schedule: M-F, 8am-5:30pm. Pay Rate: $18/hr. Email resumes to Rose Crane: [emailprotected] Responsibilities
Track orders (received/completed) to meet turnaround goals. Resolve Sales Order / Work Order issues. Communicate production delays/holds to Sales/Customer Service. File/scan completed Work Orders; process waivers promptly. Coordinate with shipping for order dispatch. Report Sales Order issues to management. Support department leads. Conduct inventory counts and adjustments. Complete duties as assigned by production/operations management. Qualifications
Strong computer and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. NetSuite experience (1-2 years preferred). Relevant manufacturing or sales experience (3-4 years preferred). High School Diploma/GED. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent multi-tasking skills. Eagerness to learn and excel. Observational and comprehension skills for process flow. Detail-oriented and organized. Efficient with time management. Clear and concise communication. Honest, assertive, and systematic work style.
