Our client is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive membership growth and build relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers. This position focuses on consultative sales and strategic relationship management, helping organizations connect with valuable leadership resources and professional networks. The ideal candidate will bring strong client engagement skills, a consultative approach to sales, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with executive-level stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal development and closing
Conduct consultative conversations to understand client priorities and recommend tailored solutions
Build strong relationships with senior leaders and key decision-makers
Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasting, and pipeline tracking through CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and client success to support client engagement and retention
Stay informed on market trends and industry developments to enhance client conversations
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales or account executive roles
Experience selling into professional services, research, advisory, or membership-based environments preferred
Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and building executive-level relationships
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, or a related field

Salary Expectations:
$115,000 – $125,000 base salary plus quarterly performance bonus

Interview Process:
Initial interview with HR, followed by interviews with hiring managers and a final in-person meeting with leadership
Work Environment:
Hybrid schedule with two remote days per week
