Collections Specialist (B2B) We are seeking a B2B Collections Specialist to manage commercial accounts receivable and ensure timely payment of outstanding balances while maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts and follow up on past-due invoices Contact customers via phone and email to resolve outstanding balances Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment disputes Negotiate payment arrangements and document collection activity Apply cash receipts and maintain accurate AR records Monitor aging reports and escalate delinquent accounts as needed Collaborate with internal teams to improve payment timelines Qualifications
2+ years of B2B collections or commercial AR experience Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience with accounting/ERP systems and Excel preferred
