Join Our Team Fast Food Area Director We are seeking a hands-on Fast Food Area Director with proven experience leading multi-unit, high-volume, drive-thru restaurants. This is a field-first role where you will spend most of your time coaching General Managers, driving operational performance, and delivering results across people, profit, and operations. Compensation & Benefits Fast Food Area Director Base Salary up to $85,000/year plus attainable performance bonus Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401k with company match Car allowance Additional company perks Responsibilities Fast Food Area Director Lead and coach 56 General Managers in multi-unit restaurant operations Set clear expectations for execution, accountability, and people development Drive operational excellence in speed, accuracy, food quality, and service with emphasis on drive-thru performance Manage full financial performance of assigned restaurants, including labor, food cost, controllables, and strategic planning Hire, develop, and evaluate talent; coach underperforming managers Ensure compliance with company standards, HR policies, and all regulatory requirements Maintain a positive and respectful work environment Required Skills Fast Food Area Director Minimum 3 years as an Area Director or equivalent multi-unit restaurant leadership role managing 5+ General Managers Proven success in cost controls, P&L management, and operational performance in $2MM+ quick-service restaurants Multi-unit restaurant operations management experience Drive-thru operations experience Strong people leadership skills, including talent evaluation, coaching, and team development Clear communication skills with ability to plan, coordinate, and implement operational changes Highly organized, self-directed, and field-oriented; comfortable with early mornings and frequent travel
