Key responsibilities for the Interim ICU Director include managing ongoing initiatives related to policies and procedures, staff stabilization, bed availability, patient care, and quality measures. The role demands a leader who can effectively collaborate with the team and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Applicants for the Interim ICU Director position at the company must have a BSN, with a master's degree preferred, and an active D.C. RN license. A minimum of 7 years' clinical nursing experience, including at least 3 years in nursing management, is required. The ideal candidate will be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance and must hold BLS and ALS certifications.
