Reporting directly to the **CEO**, this leader serves as a primary architect for the hospital’s long-term strategic vision, ensuring that clinical excellence in orthopedics translates into market leadership and sustainable patient acquisition.**Core Responsibilities*** **Strategic Growth & Vision**: Partner with the CEO to define and execute a three-to-five-year strategic plan focused on service line expansion (e.g., spine, sports medicine), geographic reach, and innovative care models.* **Enterprise Brand Stewardship**: Serve as the lead steward for the hospital’s brand, ensuring a consistent, mission-driven narrative across all platforms that resonates with parents, referring physicians, and community partners.* **Market Intelligence**: Monitor healthcare industry trends and competitive pediatric
