
Content Documentation Analyst

Documentation & Change Readiness
• Assess and update all documentation impacted by the CRM migration, including:
o Policies & procedures
o Work instructions / SOPs
o Training guides
o Playbooks
o Quick reference guides
• Work with SMEs and IT to validate accuracy and ensure documents align with new Dynamics workflows.
• Support change management activities: communication, documentation version control, readiness assessments.
• Coordinate UAT documentation updates and cross functional sign off.
• Maintain content repositories (SharePoint, LMS, or other systems).3. Content Development & Instructional Design
(Content creation, but no training delivery)
• Create system documentation, visual workflows, diagrams, or eLearning as needed to support the CRM transition and department stand up.
• Apply standard templates, style guides, branding, and documentation governance.
• Provide recommendations for content structure, organization, and user experience.4. Documentation Analysis & Insights
• Conduct qualitative analysis of departmental documentation to ensure accuracy, alignment, and consistency across materials.
• Review and compare work instructions, SOPs, policies, and training assets to identify discrepancies, gaps, redundancies, or outdated content.
• Assess documentation for clarity, completeness, and adherence to established templates, branding, and governance standards.
• Perform needs assessments to determine required updates, modifications, rebranding, or content retirements.
• Consolidate findings into clear recommendations that support process accuracy, user proficiency, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
4-7 years of experience in documentation management, business process documentation, or operational readiness supporting enterprise system implementations or transformations. 3-5 years of experience assessing, updating, and maintaining endtoend documentation impacted by system changes, including:
Policies and procedures Work instructions / SOPs Training guides Playbooks and quick reference materials
Demonstrated experience supporting CRM migrations or enterprise platform transitions (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or comparable CRM platforms), with a strong understanding of how system changes impact downstream documentation and business processes. Proven ability to partner with SMEs and IT teams to validate documentation accuracy and ensure alignment with new or redesigned system workflows. 3+ years of experience supporting change readiness and change management activities, including:
Communication support Documentation version control Readiness and impact assessments
Handson experience coordinating and updating UATrelated documentation, including managing feedback, incorporating changes, and obtaining crossfunctional signoff. 2-4 years of experience maintaining and governing content within enterprise content repositories, such as SharePoint, LMS platforms, or similar document management systems.
