Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven
IT Business Analyst
to support the implementation of the Catalis Benchmark system at our client's location in Miami, FL. This role requires working 100% on-site and involves close collaboration with stakeholders and IT teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and drive improvements through system implementation.
Key Responsibilities: nalyze and understand existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Engage stakeholders (end-users, managers, IT) through interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather and document business requirements. Translate business requirements into clear User Stories, technical documentation, and design specifications. Support the configuration, customization, and implementation of the Catalis Benchmark system. Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and participate in system testing to ensure quality and functionality. Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues during business analysis and implementation activities. Escalate critical issues to ensure prompt resolution. Evaluate complex business problems and propose practical IT-based solutions. Required Qualifications:

(mandatory). 7+ years
of experience in Business Analysis focused on
IT projects . Hands-on experience with
Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
project management methodologies. Proficiency with
SQL ,
business intelligence tools , and
data visualization platforms . Preferred Qualifications:
CBAP
(Certified Business Analysis Professional) or
PMP
(Project Management Professional) certification. Prior experience in
government or enterprise IT implementations
is a plus.
