Role: Senior Business Analyst

Jira, some SQL preferred. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders through various methods (interviews, workshops, surveys). Translate complex business needs into clear, concise functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flows. Utilize Jira for creating, tracking, and managing user stories, tasks, and bugs within an Agile project lifecycle. Hands-on experience using Jira for project and task management. Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Work with business stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into clear functional and non-functional specifications. Work within an Agile or Scrum framework to write and refine user stories, manage the product backlog, and facilitate communication between product owners and the development team.
