Manage onboarding procedures, including background checks, I-9 verification, application processing, employment verifications, and reference checks. Conduct new hire orientations both in-person and virtually using remote platforms. Track and maintain employee data accurately using Microsoft Excel. Lead and facilitate employee training via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and in-person sessions. Respond promptly to employee inquiries through email and phone, demonstrating strong conflict-resolution skills. Oversee and manage employee termination processes. Coordinate travel arrangements for out-of-state employee training. Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and Director as needed.
