We are currently seeking an
HR Specialist
to join this team in Lake Balboa, CA. This entry-level position is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in Human Resources while gaining valuable, hands‑on experience in recruiting, onboarding, and HR administration.
Position Details
Title:
HR Specialist
Pay Range: $23-25 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Location: 100% Onsite in Lake Balboa CA
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR team.
Assist with candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Maintain and organize HR files and employee documentation.
Support HR and company events.
Ensure confidentiality of employee and HR information.
Perform other HR‑related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Previous administrative experience preferred; HR or recruiting exposure is a plus.
Bilingual Spanish mandatory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for teamwork
