Operations and Relationship Analyst
Reports to: Senior Manager, Partner Development Mission: To serve as the point of contact for third-party partners. Coordinate and execute the operational and compliance tasks within the Supplier Relationship Owner (SRO) framework, providing for strategic oversight and final approvals. Core Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Supplier Lifecycle Management (Operational Execution) Onboarding & Research:
Gather all operational data for the partnerships during the research phase and prepare all necessary documentation for Finance, Risk, and InfoSec. Supplier Assessments:
Coordinate and manage all internal reviews (Cyber, TPG, Privacy, Risk), ensuring suppliers provide the required documentation for approval. Contracting Support:
Provide administrative support to Legal and Procurement during contract negotiations to ensure commercial and technical requirements are captured. Offboarding & Termination:
Handle final paperwork, facilitate legal requests for offboarding, and ensure all close-out assessments are submitted to Third-Party Governance (TPM). 2. Financial & Performance Operations Invoicing & Payments:
Conduct initial reviews of all invoices, route questions using streamlined methodologies, and facilitate payments by working with Accounts Payable. PO Creation:
Process all Purchase Order (PO) requests in systems like Coupa and perform discrepancy analysis or accounting break reviews. Ongoing Monitoring:
Execute "Ongoing Monitoring Campaigns" by collecting documentation, submitting results to the system of record, and completing required TPG forms. Performance Reviews:
Manage the administrative side of Tier 1, 2, and 3 performance reviews, including tracking assessment cycles and conducting initial analysis of service level agreements (SLAs). 3. Relationship Maintenance & Compliance Centralized Liaison:
Act as the "middleman" between the Partner Development team and internal programs (Cyber, IT, Privacy, Compliance) to resolve manual bottlenecks. Issue Tracking & Escalation:
Identify and track risk events or issues, providing the SRO with prepared summaries for final decision-making or escalation. Data Integrity:
Maintain the "System of Record" for all partnership activities, ensuring Salesforce and Gong data reflects the current compliance status of every partner. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
SRO Capacity Release:
Successfully manage approximately 70% of the annual workload hours per supplier (e.g., ~55 hours for a Tier 1 supplier) to allow the SRO to focus on strategic growth. Audit Readiness:
Ensure 100% of required TPG documentation is collected and submitted accurately without SRO intervention. Operational Velocity:
Reduce the time-to-onboard for new Credit and Crypto partners through proactive coordination of internal reviews. Required Skills & Experience
SRO/TPRM Experience:
Familiarity with the Supplier Relationship Owner (SRO) or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) frameworks. System Proficiency:
Experience with Coupa, Salesforce, and Gong for tracking spend, interactions, and compliance. Project Coordination:
Ability to manage multiple "moving parts" across Legal, Finance, and Risk departments. Regulatory Knowledge:
