Overview A growing organization in the

community association management space

is seeking a driven and relationship-focused

Business Development Representative

to expand its portfolio of HOA and community association clients across the Northeast region.

This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with board members and community leaders, and securing new management contracts. The ideal candidate is a proactive networker who enjoys developing long-term partnerships and has familiarity with the HOA or property management industry.

What You’ll Do

Identify and pursue new HOA and community association management opportunities

Build relationships with board members, developers, and community decision-makers

Generate and qualify leads through networking, outreach, and industry events

Present management services and communicate the value of the organization’s offerings

Guide potential clients through the proposal and contract process

Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective communities and track activity in CRM systems

Collaborate with internal leadership and operations teams during onboarding of new communities

Stay informed on local HOA trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings

Represent the company professionally at meetings, presentations, and industry functions

What It Takes

2+ years of business development, sales, or relationship management experience

Experience or familiarity with

HOA, community association management, or property management

preferred

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Comfortable presenting services and communicating value to boards and decision-makers

Self-motivated with the ability to generate and manage your own pipeline

Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
