Overview
Employee Relations Partner. The Employee Relations (ER) Partner is an HR professional who specializes in maintaining positive relationships between team members and the organization by conducting full-life cycle investigations. This person provides comprehensive Employee Relations support to designated leaders and team members to resolve issues, provide strategic guidance on employee policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Minimizes organizational liability by appropriately interpreting and applying current employment laws and engaging Legal when necessary. Employee Relations Investigator also investigates and resolves employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts. They work collaboratively with other HR professionals and management to develop and implement strategies to improve employee morale, engagement, and productivity. This position also compiles and analyzes relevant employee relations-based data and reporting to identify trends as warranted. The ER Partner is responsible for providing counseling services to team members/leaders, participating in dismissal processes, and performing mediation. Their role is crucial in maintaining a productive work environment and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additional responsibilities may include conducting exit interviews and providing feedback to management, developing and conducting employee relations training programs related to employment law and HR policies, and partnering with HR and business leaders to manage employee discipline and performance improvement processes. Provide comprehensive Employee Relations support to designated leaders and team members to resolve issues and provide strategic guidance on policies and procedures. Conduct full-life cycle investigations and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and conflicts. Minimize organizational liability by interpreting and applying current employment laws; engage Legal when necessary. Collaborate with other HR professionals and management to improve employee morale, engagement, and productivity. Compile and analyze employee relations data and reporting to identify trends. Provide counseling services to team members/leaders; participate in dismissal processes and perform mediation. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management. Develop and conduct employee relations training programs related to employment law and HR policies. Partner with HR and business leaders to manage employee discipline and performance improvement processes. Qualifications
Bachelors Degree preferred. 5-7 years of HR related experience. Preferably a minimum of 3-5 years of Employee Relations experience. Human Resources certification strongly preferred (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP). Able to guide the application of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.). Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication. Ability to analyze data and provide insights for improvement. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Key Relationships

Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required. Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience. Requires intermediate experience in receiving, analyzing, and interpreting complex data and information.
