Responsibilities
Lead the charge in connecting school districts, charter schools, and educational organizations with exceptional staffing solutions.
Support schools to find and place top-tier educators and support staff, ensuring students receive the quality education they deserve.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of sales, staffing, or account management experience
Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn)
Experience selling into K-12 school districts
Background in staffing or workforce solutions
Knowledge of special education services and challenges
Familiarity with district staffing needs and education industry trends
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
At least 2 years of experience in sales, staffing, or client management within the education sector
Experience working with school districts, including knowledge of special education staffing challenges
Ability to travel for conferences and district meetings as needed
Passion for education and supporting student success
