Overview

We’re partnering with a leading luxury fashion company to find a talented professional for this hybrid role based in a vibrant creative environment, supporting the team in executing high-end events and crafting compelling marketing materials for a discerning clientele. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious projects within the fashion industry. Monday - Thursday on-site / Friday remote 6 months contract + extend There is no application deadline for this role. Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives aimed at increasing community engagement and brand awareness. Assist in creating and maintaining consistent, on-brand collateral for communication channels, invitations, and event-related materials. Support the production of creative content for newsletters, event invitations, and member communications. Help gather and analyze data to assess marketing effectiveness and enhance member interaction strategies. Collaborate with the team to develop creative partnership ideas and oversee the execution of brand collaborations. Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for Vogue100 events, including guest management, vendor liaison, and venue setup. Support event execution, manage vendor relationships, and ensure all aspects of the production are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring smooth event operations and adherence to timelines. Help manage event budgets and track expenses accurately. Assist with booking talent and VIP guests, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Compile post-event reports and recaps to inform future programming. Stay current with industry trends, venue options, and competitive experiences to support program development. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 2–4 years of experience in marketing, events, or working within the luxury client ( luxury fashion, high jewelry, or premium lifestyle brands

(e.g., Chanel, Dior, Cartier, Louis Vuitton). Experience working with

VIP/VIC clientele

and delivering

high-touch client experiences . Proven ability to

plan and execute large-scale events

(brand activations, private client events, trunk shows, store events) with

100+ guests . Experience

managing large guest lists

and coordinating VIP guest logistics. Hands-on experience

managing vendors and owning event elements

from planning through execution (not just day-of support). Strong understanding of

luxury brand standards and aesthetics . Proficient in Google Workspace, Keynote, Microsoft Office, and Adobe design software. Perks and Benefits
