Contract Length 6-12 month contract

Role Overview The Associate Events and Marketing Manager supports the Events & Marketing team in creating high-quality marketing materials and delivering premium member experiences. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented, and creative professional with an interest in luxury brands and event production.

Responsibilities

Assist with marketing initiatives designed to engage and grow the membership community

Support the creation and maintenance of marketing materials including invitations, newsletters, and event communications

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral and communications

Assist with data collection and reporting to help inform marketing strategy and engagement efforts

Help develop and execute brand partnerships and collaborative campaigns

Event Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of events, experiences, and activations tied to major fashion and cultural moments

Coordinate event logistics including invitations, RSVPs, staffing, catering, signage, and on-site support

Assist with vendor coordination and ensure production timelines are met

Track event budgets and expenses

Support talent and VIP guest coordination and help ensure a seamless guest experience

Prepare post-event reports and summaries

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

2–4 years of experience in marketing, events, or luxury brand environments preferred

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Keynote, Microsoft Office, and Adobe design tools
