Job Summary
We are seeking a Creative Cloud Content Strategist to define and lead our content strategy for small and medium business (SMB) and mid-market (MM) Creative Cloud customers, tailoring narratives and enablement materials for specific sales motions such as upsell, cross-sell, and seat expansion. The role involves overseeing the entire content production lifecycle, requiring close collaboration with both internal teams and external agencies to ensure the delivery of high-quality assets. The ideal candidate will manage and produce a variety of sales and marketing content to support business goals and sales enablement across multiple routes to market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead content strategy aligned with Creative Cloud SMB/MM business goals, sales motions, and customer segment needs.
Producing a wide range of sales and marketing content, including customer stories, blog content, email copy, and sales decks.
Collaborate with Go-to-Market, Sales, Marketing, and other departments to ensure message consistency and accuracy.
Oversee the full content production lifecycle, managing timelines, workflows, and ensuring all assets meet brand standards.
Refresh and tailor existing assets based on product updates, positioning, and market insights to meet specific market needs.
Must-Have Skills
Exceptional writing and communication skills
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Analytical mindset with proficiency in SEO and content performance optimization
Industry Experience
Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field within the Creative Cloud, SMB, or MM domain is required.
