Responsibilities

Enthusiastically greet potential customers via showroom, phone, or internet inquiry

Establish relationships with customers by listening to their needs and provide professional, product knowledge, and needs-based consultation

Be able to perform quality, comprehensive, vehicle walk-arounds, demonstration drives, and final deliveries

Exhibit confident negotiation skills during the sales process, as well as continue to hone skills on overcoming objections, within all aspects of the prospecting/sales environment

Approach each sale with an emphasis on an exceptional customer experience and a commitment to a long term relationship with both you and the dealership (repeat and referral business is crucial in the auto sales environment)

Be committed to an appointment-based culture; this includes prospecting and following up, with potential and past clients, through outbound phone calls, emails, and texts

Participate with management in setting goals to achieve sales performance and production standards projected for the position

Uphold the values, ethics, and professionalism expected as a member of the Red McCombs automotive team
