National Business Development Manager

to drive new business activity across key project sectors including energy, industrials, construction, marine and heavy lift. This role is designed for a true hunter:

As the National BDM, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing and securing new project logistics business across the Norwegian market. Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and targeting new customers across core project sectors Driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Developing tailored solutions in partnership with operational and engineering teams Managing and nurturing a select group of existing accounts (approx. 20% of the role) Building strong relationships with EPCs, OEMs, heavy industry and energy customers Supporting tender responses, proposal development and commercial strategy Representing the company externally at customer meetings and industry events What We’re Looking For

Strong track record in project logistics, project freight forwarding or industrial solutions sales Proven experience hunting for new business (ideally in a similar 70–90% new business role) Knowledge of breakbulk, heavy lift, out‑of‑gauge and project forwarding markets Existing network within Norwegian project sectors is a plus Confident communicator with the ability to build trust at all levels Self‑driven, commercially minded and comfortable working autonomously Fluency in English; Norwegian preferred but not essential Why This Opportunity Stands Out
