Engineering Sales Manager The Engineering Sales Manager will serve as the primary interface between the company and both existing and prospective customers. This role is responsible for identifying customer requirements and delivering technical solutions using the company’s advanced microelectronic packaging technologies and manufacturing capabilities. The position works cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and production teams across multiple locations to develop new business opportunities, support customer programs, and expand the company’s presence in high-reliability electronic packaging markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts, identifying opportunities to apply the company’s products and technical capabilities. Engage with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing teams to support new product opportunities and customer programs. Provide technical sales support by recommending solutions using existing products, modified designs, or newly developed solutions. Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, delivery, quotations, and product capabilities. Coordinate communication with customers regarding order status and project updates. Deliver presentations on company technologies, capabilities, and product offerings to prospective and existing customers. Collaborate with the sales team to identify target accounts and pursue new market opportunities. Support quote preparation, contract reviews, and sales processes to improve responsiveness and profitability. Provide market insights and customer feedback to help guide business development and marketing strategies. Skills & Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of a customer organization. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across teams. Preferred Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Ceramics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in microelectronic packaging or related high-reliability electronic manufacturing environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic assembly processes and materials manufacturing is a plus. Prior experience in technical sales, engineering, or manufacturing environments preferred.
