The duties of the Lead Pastor are typical of a pastor and will include, but are not limited to, providing spiritual leadership, pastoral care, administrative oversight, and a vision for the different ministries of the church that is in alignment with Scripture as stated in the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. Qualifications
