JOB REQUIREMENTS
After many years of service our Pastor retired Summer 2025. To fill his shoes, we are looking for a Man of God, called to Pastor, called to Preach the Word, called to disciple others, and called to lead others to Christ. Our desire is to hire a Pastor with at least a 4-year Bachelor’s degree, from a recognized Baptist seminary, Bible College or university. We are looking for someone who is Baptist ordained, and who has previous experience as an Associate and/or Senior Pastor. They should also be one who is committed to: the traditions of HBC, her mission in outreach, and her philosophy and style.
JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking to call a Senior Pastor who will:
Lead HBC according to Biblical Principles.
Preach, exhort and admonish our members.
Train, teach and mentor disciples.
Grow HBC spiritually and for our next generation.
