Vanguard Auto Group is searching for 1 energetic and self-motivated individual to lead our sales team in a BDC capacity. Internet BDCexperience is required. Your role will be important in allowing an exciting and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts
Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
Manage day-to-day activities of the BDC Sales & Service
Collect and analyze lead metrics
Work closely with department managers to develop appointment setting strategies
Answer customer inquiries and calls
Qualifications
Strong communication, organization, time management, computer and basic math skills
Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
Previous Internetexperience
Previous management experience
Automotive industry experience
