The opportunity As an Intern Designer at KNOCK Inc., you’ll collaborate with a diverse set of voices from various backgrounds and professional capacities—including Strategists, Copywriters, Account Leaders, Project Managers, Design Directors, Art Director/Designers and other brand experts—on creating innovative creative solutions for clients large and small. We are looking for Design interns who have experience in bringing abstract ideas into finished products.
Summary of the Role
Mentored by KNOCK Creatives. Intern will shadow and contribute on physical and digital design projects from conception to execution.
Intern will gain hands-on experience across various clients, projects and disciplines.
Designer’s at KNOCK
Contribute design concepts throughout the creative process including concept and execution.
Partner with other creatives to create work that fulfills the brief, and meets client needs and expectations.
Collaborate with team to create concepts that are thoughtful and cohesive.
Present creative work confidently to the internal team.
Diligently manage workload and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Your skills
Demonstrated mastery of design skills
Understanding and experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote, and Powerpoint
Experience working with other creatives
Experience developing page layout and typographic work
Comfortable managing tight deadlines
Demonstrated attention to detail
Demonstrated effective time management
Communication skills and comfort working in a team environment
A Bonus
Passion for retail and consumer brands
Understanding of Digital and Experiential Design
Interest in photo Art Direction
Ability to sketch and visualize ideas
After Effects / animation

Immerses yourself in a handful of brands and teams to gain familiarity with the work and people you will work alongside
Collaborate with KNOCK Creative teams to get up to speed on KNOCK’s processes and approach to creative assignments
Collaborate cross-functionally, communicating with your team members to help them be successful on their projects
