Summer Internship EdgeConneX is looking for summer interns. This will be a paid, 10-week internship from June 1, 2026, to August 7, 2026.
Title Real Estate Intern
Pay $23/hr
Internship Description The Intern will support the real estate team primarily with evaluating, tracking, and executing site acquisitions.
Primary Responsibilities
Attend project calls and participate in project communication, preparing detailed notes and action items
Create and maintain project overview PowerPoint presentations
Work with stakeholders to add and update projects within internal databases and generate project and pipeline reporting for internal and external teams
Act as the first line of defense for summarizing and recommending new project opportunities in a standard format
Create and maintain new and existing sites in Google Earth and LandGate
Develop project introduction playbook
Assist the team in exploring, learning and implementing new technologies and AI to support workflow
Work to implement new workflow tools for the team
Prepare letters of intent to purchase property
Summarize and track project critical dates and action items
Support internal document organization and migration
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Eager to learn and apply knowledge
Strong Microsoft Suite skills
General understanding of real estate terminology
Experience/Education
Actively enrolled working towards Bachelor’s degree (Junior or Senior credit status)
