Why Join Us? We are currently searching for an Order Management Specialist, Invoicing in our Burlington, Massachusetts office. You will maintain relationships with customers and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of invoice handling by ensuring that customer requirements are met. This hybrid position focuses on administrative and invoicing‑related tasks, serving as a key contact point for invoicing inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
What’s Your Role? Invoicing Tasks
Create and process credit and debit invoices.
Upload invoices to customer portals.
Handle Pagero (e‑invoicing) related tasks.
Resolve invoicing disputes (dispute case handling).
Assist with collecting past‑due invoices.
Order Handling & Data Management
Complete vendor forms and questionnaires required by customers for onboarding.
Manage customer portals.
Active communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Maintain customer data in Salesforce.
What Will You Bring?
High school diploma and 2–3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Excellent time management and multi‑tasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Maintain a positive professional attitude at all times.
Portal invoicing experience is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
SAP experience desired.
Must be flexible, self‑motivated, take charge, and prioritize tasks from multiple supervisors.
Customer‑focused mindset.
ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE: $70,000 – $85,000 base salary with a performance bonus plan.
Salary is determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
