We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team. This position will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including graphic design, photo/video editing, and company communications. The ideal candidate must be passionate about maintaining a strong value-driven culture, working together as a team to deliver high-quality results, be able to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, be detail-oriented, and possess a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
Support organizational and production strategies by writing, designing, and maintaining materials such as email templates, PowerPoint templates, company newsletters, and more.
Develop and produce in-house materials, such as stock photography, videography, and graphics.
Support company culture through planning and participating in company events.
Update content on our SharePoint site for all company information.
Partner with HR to focus on recruiting strategies through ads and social media outreach.
Qualifications:
Agriculture background preferred but not required
Experience with:
Graphic design - specifically with Canva
Photography/Videography
Video editing
Writing – specifically for business communication
