Position Summary
The
Customer Service Representative
is the primary point of contact for customers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Customer Service Representative collaborates closely with sales and production teams to ensure smooth communication and successful order fulfillment from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative
Serve as the main customer contact via phone and email
Manage and monitor the full order cycle from order entry through delivery
Coordinate with sales to confirm pricing, specifications, and timelines
Work with production to support scheduling and on-time fulfillment
Provide order status updates and resolve customer inquiries or issues
The Customer Service Representative will maintain accurate order records and documentation
Qualifications of Customer Service Representative
2+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in
manufacturing
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Experience with ERP or order management systems preferred
