The Opportunity We are partnering with organizations in Cadillac that are seeking Inside Sales Representatives. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach (calls, emails, follow-up). Prepare and deliver accurate product/service quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales orders. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their manufacturing needs and offering tailored solutions. Process customer orders efficiently, coordinating with production, logistics, and other internal departments. Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing products, services, and industry applications. Utilize CRM software to accurately log sales activities, manage customer data, and forecast sales.

Recommended Qualifications Proven 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within a B2B or manufacturing environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools. Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical product specifications and value propositions. Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets.

Bonus Qualifications Experience with common ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or engineering terminology Ability to interpret basic technical drawings or product specifications Proficiency in a second language relevant to target markets (e.g., Spanish, German)
