Recommended Qualifications
2+ years of inside sales experience, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial, or technical product environment.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a full sales cycle from lead to close.
Capacity to quickly learn and effectively communicate complex product features and technical specifications.
Proficient use of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with diverse customer profiles.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with common CRM (e.g., Salesforce) or ERP (e.g., SAP) systems
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or supply chain operations
Ability to interpret technical product specifications or drawings
Previous experience in a customer service or support role within a manufacturing company
