About the Role: The Strategic RevenueSales IsupportsEBITDA growth initiatives by analyzing existing dark fiber, IRU, and colocation agreements toidentifyrenewal and revenue recovery opportunities. This role focuses on disciplined contract review, customer follow-up, CRM execution, and structured deal progression.

What You’ll Do:

Read and interpret dark fiber, IRU, lease, and colocation contracts.

Identifyrenewal dates, notice windows, escalators, and billing discrepancies.

Track renewal opportunities and managepipelineswithin CRM.

Communicate with customers via email and phone to support renewal discussions.

Follow up consistently to advance deals through decision cycles.

Support senior team members in negotiation and contract execution.

Travel up to 25% as needed toassistin closing business.

Developproficiencyin dark fiber terminology, pricing strategy, and EBITDA modeling.

Do You Have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

1+ year experience in telecom, sales, salessupport, contract review, finance, or revenue operations.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Mustpossessstrong Excel skills with a working knowledge of how spreadsheetsare used in business Analysis.

Be able to constructa basic businessanalysisin Excel,analyzingthecost, depreciation, impact of escalators,interestrates, and paybackperiods on fiber proposals and projects.

Comfortable engaging customers professionally via phone and email.

Motivated by performance-based commission and team quota achievement.

Strong understanding of GIS systems and software is preferred but notrequired.

Performance Expectations: Strategic Revenue Sales Icontributesto team quota byidentifyingand progressing EBITDA-positive renewals and revenue recovery opportunities. Success is measured by pipeline discipline, revenue uplift contribution, and deal execution accuracy.
