About The Role

The Strategic Revenue Sales II drives EBITDA expansion through proactive negotiation, rate modernization, and strategic contract restructuring of dark fiber and infrastructure agreements. This role owns complex renewals, leads customer negotiations, and directly influences margin expansion. What You’ll Do

Lead dark fiber renewals, term extensions, and strategic contract conversions. Negotiate rate increases aligned with market positioning and asset value. Enforce escalators and correct under-monetized or misbilled agreements. Identify opportunities to extend term length to improve long-term EBITDA visibility. Engage customers directly to present renewal strategy and pricing rationale. Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations. Travel up to 25% as needed to close strategic deals. Coach Associate-level analysts on contract interpretation and deal strategy. Must possess strong Excel skills with a working knowledge of how spreadsheets are used in business analysis. Be able to construct a basic business analysis in Excel, analyzing the cost, depreciation, impact of escalators, interest rates, and payback periods on fiber proposals and projects. Strong understanding of GIS systems and software is preferred but not required. Do You Have

5+ years experience in telecom, wholesale infrastructure sales, contract negotiation, or revenue strategy. Demonstrated ability to lead commercial conversations and negotiate terms. Strong understanding of EBITDA impact, escalator math, and long-term contract valuation. High accountability toward quota and commission performance. Proven ability to independently manage complex renewals to closure. Ability to develop multiple business proposals for customers that maximize EBITDA for the Company and minimize its risks. Strategic Revenue Sales are responsible for direct EBITDA impact through margin expansion, term extensions, escalator enforcement, and high-value renewals. Performance is measured against team quota contribution, revenue uplift, and contract profitability.
