
Enterprise Sales Director

OTE: $275K–$325K
We’re partnering with a high-growth enterprise software company looking to appoint a Sales Director to own and grow a defined Southeast territory across new logo, expansion, and renewals. This vendor is in a space where they sell to retail and BPO companies. Contact centre or retail experience would be valuable.
This is a true enterprise role, full ownership of complex, high-value accounts and long-term regional growth strategy.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the centre of regional revenue performance. You’ll own a named territory and balanced book of business, managing:
- Strategic new logo acquisition
- Expansion across existing enterprise customers
- Renewal protection and commercial negotiations
You’ll drive the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery and deal strategy through to contract execution, while building long-term partnerships with senior business and technical leaders.
Territory Ownership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan
- Maintain strong pipeline coverage across new, expansion, and renewal motions
- Deliver consistent quota attainment and net revenue growth
- Target and close complex, high-value enterprise accounts
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees
- Align solutions to measurable business outcomes and ROI
Expansion & Account Growth
- Identify whitespace opportunities across business units
- Multi-thread executive relationships
- Partner cross-functionally to drive broader platform adoption
- Own commercial responsibility for renewal accountsLead pricing, negotiation, and contract execution
- Protect revenue while increasing total contract value
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years managing enterprise accounts in software or consulting
- Proven track record of quota attainment at enterprise level
- Strong executive presence and commercial acumen
- Ability to operate autonomously with full territory ownership
- Equally comfortable hunting and farming
This role requires a highly proactive operator....someone who thrives in enterprise complexity and owns their number.
Compensation
- Target earnings: $275K–$325K OTE
- Compensation aligned to experience and geography
- Extensive travel required (50%+)
