About the Role We're looking for a scrappy, fast-moving video producer to join our performance marketing team. You'll shoot and edit lo-fi ad content — think real, raw, and platform-native — primarily for Meta, with some work across Google and TikTok. This isn't a brand film role. It's about moving quickly, testing often, and making ads that actually perform.
What You'll Do
Plan and execute weekly production sprints — from concept to delivered assets, every week, targeting ~10 complete assets per week.
Shoot and edit short-form video content optimized for paid social (Meta-first).
Work directly with the performance marketing and creative teams to align on briefs and insights.
Iterate quickly based on feedback — expect to pivot, revise, and move on fast.
Deliver polished-enough, platform-ready assets on a consistent weekly cadence.
Shoot on-site at our LA office a minimum of 2 days per week (2–3 days depending on how you organize your time).
What We're Looking For
Based in Los Angeles and available to come into the office 2–3 days per week (minimum 2 for on-site shoots).
Proven experience shooting and editing video content for paid social ads.
Comfortable with a lo-fi, UGC-style aesthetic — you don't need a full production crew.
Willing to use yourself — your hands, outfit, or on-camera presence — to bring a concept to life quickly when needed. Being resourceful and self-directed on set is a must.
Comfortable piecing together outfits, styling, and props on the fly to match creative briefs.
Familiar with what works on Meta; working knowledge of TikTok and Google is a plus.
Fast. You can take a brief, shoot, edit, and deliver without hand-holding.
Receptive to feedback and able to apply it without a long back-and-forth.
Experience with growth marketing or direct response content is a strong plus.
Nice to Have
Background in UGC content creation or influencer-style production.
Experience running or supporting paid social campaigns.
Comfortable using AI tools to speed up creative workflows.
How We Work We run weekly production sprints with a clear brief at the start of the week and delivered assets by the end. To start, you'll be handling approximately 10 briefs per week with a target of 10 complete assets delivered. You'll get direct feedback from the performance and creative teams, and we expect you to move fast. This is a part-time contract role to start, with the opportunity to extend based on the work and fit.
