Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders accurately, including custom specifications and delivery schedules.
Respond to inquiries regarding product availability, lead times, pricing, and order status.

Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and update order information within the CRM or ERP system.
Provide basic technical information and support for manufactured products, escalating complex issues as needed.
Communicate production delays or changes to customers proactively.
Recommended Qualifications
Experience in a customer service role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes, products, or supply chain operations.
Proficiency with ERP or CRM systems for order management and customer data.
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot product or order-related issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate technical information.
