Process customer orders, quotes, and returns accurately within manufacturing systems. Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, specifications, pricing, and order status. Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality control departments to resolve order discrepancies or issues. Address and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, delivery, or service promptly. Maintain accurate customer records and detailed documentation of all interactions and transactions. Provide basic product information and direct complex technical questions to relevant internal teams. Proactively communicate production delays or shipping updates to affected customers. Experience in a customer service role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order processing and tracking. Strong ability to understand and communicate technical product information. Excellent problem-solving and de-escalation skills for complex customer issues. Demonstrated attention to detail for accurate order entry and documentation. Bonus Qualifications

Familiarity with manufacturing processes or industrial products. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) for order management. Basic understanding of supply chain logistics or shipping procedures. Ability to read and interpret technical specifications or product diagrams.
